SOP: Integrating A-Leads with Emailbison
Overview
This guide explains how to integrate your Emailbison account with A-Leads, allowing automated lead synchronization across workspaces and campaigns.
Step 1: Create Super Admin API Key
- Log in to your Emailbison account.
- Go to Settings → Developer API.
- Click Create API Key.
- Choose Type: Super Admin API User.
- Copy and securely store this key — it grants access to all your workspaces.
Step 2: Provide Host URL
- Retrieve your Host URL from the Emailbison platform (found in your browser), for example send.mycompany.com
- Share this host URL with the A-Leads team.
- This enables A-Leads to connect directly with your Emailbison account.
Once provided, your Emailbison account will automatically connect to the A-Leads portal.
Step 3: Connect Workspace & Campaign
- Open A-Leads → Integrations → Emailbison.
- Click Create New Profile.
- Add your Profile Name.
- Select your Workspace from the dropdown list.
- Enter your Access Token (must belong to the same workspace and be of type API User).
- Enter your Campaign ID.
- Click Add Profile.
Step 4: Verify and Sync
- After the profile is added, return to the Profiles list in A-Leads.
- Select the profile you just created.
- Once connected, A-Leads will automatically sync all export data to the linked Emailbison workspace and campaign.
✅ You’re done! Your A-Leads and Emailbison integration is now active and ready for automated data transfer.
Notes & Best Practices
- Store API keys securely (e.g., in a password manager).
- Ensure the token type is API User and belongs to the correct workspace.
- Double-check Campaign IDs and workspace links before saving.
