Setting up Instantly Integration

Step 1: Log in

Log in to your Instantly account.

Step 2: Create API Key

1. Go to Settings.
2. Navigate to the Integrations tab.
3. Inside the API Key section:
   • Click Create API Key.
   • Assign permissions as follows:
     • leads: all
     • campaigns: all
     • custom_tags: all
4. Save the generated API Key — this will be used in the A-Leads integration setup.

Section 3: Connecting Campaigns

Step 1: Create Campaign in Instantly

1. Go to the Campaigns tab.
2. Click on Create New Campaign.
3. Configure and resume the campaign once ready.

Step 2: Retrieve Share URL

1. Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the campaign name.
2. Select Get Share Campaign.
3. Copy the campaign URL.
4. Post or send the URL to your A-Leads dashboard (or relevant workspace).

Section 4: Final Integration with A-Leads

1. Open your A-Leads dashboard.
2. In the Integration section:
   • Add the Instantly API key.
   • Paste the Instantly Campaign Share URL.
3. Test the connection — both integrations should show as Active.

You can now sync and automate campaigns between A-Leads, and Instantly.

Notes & Best Practices

• Always store API credentials in a secure password manager.
• Do not share campaign URLs or tokens publicly.
• If integrations fail, verify:
  • API permissions (must include leads, campaigns, and custom_tags).
  • Campaign IDs and URLs are valid and active.
